Refund policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags included.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges are available for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
